FPS.ms web hosting includes email hosting on paid packages, letting you create professional addresses like [email protected]. Free hosting packages do not include email.

Setting up your email domain

Before creating email accounts, your domain needs to be activated for email:
  1. Go to the Email section of your web hosting server
  2. Find the domain you want to enable email for
  3. Click Set Up Email
For domains managed by FPS.ms, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM) are configured automatically. For external domains, you need to add these records manually at your DNS provider.
Automatic Setup
If your domain's nameservers point to FPS.ms, email setup is fully automatic and takes a few minutes. You can check the setup progress on the Email page.

Creating an email account

  1. Go to the Email section and select your domain
  2. Click Create Account
  3. Enter the username (the part before @) and set a password
  4. Click Create
Your new email address will be [email protected]. The number of accounts depends on your hosting package.

Accessing webmail

Once your email account is created, you can access webmail to send and receive emails directly in your browser. Check the Email section for the webmail URL provided with your domain setup.

Changing an email password

  1. Go to the Email section and select your domain
  2. Find the account and click Change Password
  3. Enter the new password (minimum 6 characters) and save

Creating email forwarders

Forwarders redirect incoming emails to one or more external addresses without needing a full mailbox.
  1. Go to the Email section and select your domain
  2. Navigate to the Forwarders tab
  3. Click Create Forwarder
  4. Enter the alias (e.g., info) and one or more destination email addresses
  5. Click Create
Emails sent to [email protected] will be forwarded to the destinations you specified.

Deleting accounts and forwarders

To remove an email account or forwarder, find it in the list under the Email section and click Delete. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
MX Records
For external domains, make sure your MX records are correctly configured to point to the FPS.ms mail servers. Without proper MX records, email delivery will fail.
