Adding Balance & Payment Methods

CanerAkar Mar 16, 2026 Updated Mar 16, 2026

Your FPS.ms account uses a prepaid balance system. Add funds first, then use that balance to deploy paid servers, register domains, and purchase other services.

Click Balance in the sidebar under the Account section, or go directly to panel.fps.ms/shop/payments. This page shows your current balance, saved payment method, invoices, transaction history, and payment options.

Adding Funds

  1. Click the Top up balance button on the balance card.
  2. Fill in your billing information (first name, last name, country, address, postal code, city). This is required for invoicing and is saved for future top-ups. If you have already saved your billing details in Personal Settings, these fields will be pre-filled automatically.
  3. Choose a payment method using the tabs:
  • Stripe — pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, and other card methods.
  • Crypto — pay with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and other cryptocurrencies.
  1. Enter the amount you want to add and complete the payment flow.
Your balance is credited instantly after a successful payment.
Minimum Amount
There is a minimum top-up amount. The exact minimum is shown in the payment modal and may differ between Stripe and crypto payments.

Redeeming a Voucher

On the right side of the Payments page you will find the Voucher card. Enter your voucher code and click redeem to add the voucher value to your balance instantly.

Auto Top-up

Auto top-up automatically refills your balance when it drops below a threshold you set. This is useful for keeping servers renewed without manual intervention.
  1. Scroll down to the Auto Top-up card on the right side of the Payments page.
  2. Click Set up auto top-up.
  3. Add a payment method (card) through the Stripe form.
  4. Set your threshold (the balance level that triggers a top-up) and top-up amount.
  5. Click Save & Enable.
Once active, the system checks hourly and charges your saved card automatically when your balance falls below the threshold. You can disable, edit settings, or remove the saved card at any time. Your saved payment method is also shown as a card at the top of the page for quick reference.
VAT
EU users are charged VAT on top of the top-up amount. The VAT rate depends on your billing country.

Invoices & Transaction History

The Payments page shows your recent invoices with download buttons and transaction history with status indicators (Completed, Pending, or Failed). Pending Stripe payments can be continued by clicking Continue next to the transaction. For a full list of invoices, click View all to go to the Invoices page.
