The Account Usage page gives you a detailed overview of your balance history, upcoming charges, and every transaction on your account.
Navigating to Account Usage
Click Account Usage in the sidebar under the Account section, or go directly to panel.fps.ms/account/usage.Current Balance
At the top of the page your current account balance is displayed. This is the same balance used when deploying paid servers, renewing services, or registering domains.Upcoming Deductions
Below your balance, the Upcoming Deductions card shows all scheduled charges for your active services. This includes server renewals, DDNS renewals, web hosting renewals, and domain renewals. Use this to plan ahead and make sure your balance covers upcoming costs.Transaction History
The main section lists all balance transactions grouped by date. Each transaction shows:- Time — when the transaction occurred.
- Type — what triggered the charge or credit.
- Description — additional details (e.g., the server or service name).
- Amount — shown in green for credits and red for charges.
Transaction Types

| Web Hosting Purchase | Purchasing a new web hosting service |
| Web Hosting Renewal | Renewing a web hosting service |
| Web Hosting Upgrade | Upgrading a web hosting package |
| Domain Registration | Registering a new domain |
| Domain Renewal | Renewing a domain |
| Admin Adjustment | Manual balance adjustment by an admin |
| Refund | Balance refunded to your account |
Filtering
You can narrow down the transaction list using two filters:- Filter by Type — select a specific transaction type from the dropdown to show only those transactions.
- Filter by Month — select a month from the past 12 months to view transactions from that period.
Pagination
If you have many transactions, the list is paginated. Use the navigation at the bottom to browse through older entries.
