This document is the transaction-specific waiver shown before an FPS.ms balance top-up or another purchase where we ask to start performance immediately.
Effective date: 6 May 2026
By accepting this waiver during checkout, you expressly request that FPS.ms starts performance immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
For a balance top-up, this means you ask us to process the payment, complete the top-up, and make the prepaid account credit available for use as soon as the payment succeeds.
2. Loss of Withdrawal Right
You acknowledge that, once the top-up is completed and the credit is made available, the requested digital service has been fully performed for that top-up and you may lose your right of withdrawal for that transaction to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You also acknowledge that any balance you spend on FPS.ms services is not withdrawable for cash and remains subject to the
Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
3. Fresh Acceptance Per Transaction
This waiver applies only to the specific top-up or transaction for which you accepted it.
Accepting this waiver once does not cover future top-ups, automatic payments, renewals, domain orders, service purchases, or other transactions. FPS.ms may require a fresh waiver for each transaction.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this waiver removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
If mandatory law requires a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation right, or other remedy, FPS.ms will handle that according to the law and the
Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
