This document is the waiver shown when you enable automatic top-ups for your FPS.ms account balance. It applies to every automatic top-up executed while the feature is enabled.
Effective date: 6 July 2026
By enabling automatic top-ups, you ask FPS.ms to charge your saved payment method automatically each time your balance falls below the threshold you set, and to add the topped-up credit to your account right away.
You expressly consent to this recurring immediate performance: you want each automatic charge to be carried out as soon as your balance drops below your threshold, without waiting for any withdrawal period to pass.
2. Loss of Withdrawal Right Per Charge
You acknowledge that, because you asked for these recurring automatic charges to be performed immediately, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for each automatic top-up at the moment it is executed, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Credit added by an automatic top-up is prepaid balance and remains subject to the
Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
3. Turning Automatic Top-Ups Off
You can turn off automatic top-ups at any time from your billing settings. Turning the feature off stops future automatic charges but does not reverse a top-up that has already been executed.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this waiver removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
This waiver does not affect any refund rights you have under applicable law for charges that were not properly authorised. If mandatory law requires a refund or other remedy, FPS.ms will handle that according to the law and the
Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
