Bedrock Compatibility
FPS.ms does not have native support for Bedrock Edition servers, but by installing Geyser & Floodgate, you can allow Bedrock players to join your Paper server. This also gives you the option to use plugins and has better resource management than the vanilla Bedrock software.
Installing Geyser & Floodgate
Before we start make sure to stop your server before doing any changes to avoid data loss or world corruption.
- Go to the official Geyser & Floodgate download page and download both GeyserMC and Floodgate plugins.
- Once they finish downloading, go to your server panel and upload both of them using our plugin upload guide found here
Once they are uploaded to your server you will need to start your server once for them to install and generate their configuration files.
- In the server panel, go to Files and open the plugins folder.
- Open the newly created folder called Geyser-Spigot.
- Inside the folder you will click on the file called config.yml.
- Once the file is open, scroll down and you should see a text saying
address
. - Uncomment them if it is commented and set its value to
0.0.0.0
. - Scroll down further and under
port
, set the port to your server port. - Scroll down to Remote and under
address
, fill in the IP address of the node. - Click on Save Content and you are good to go!
Node | IP Address |
---|---|
Mango | 178.63.61.161 |
Papaya | 38.46.219.204 |
Durian | 65.108.238.147 |
